The New Talent Landscape: “One Size Does Not Fit All!” with Kelly Renz, The Novo Group

In the current hyper-competitive talent market, companies are having to rethink their talent attraction and candidate management strategies. Why? Candidates have high expectations and are in the driver’s seat. The long-standing recruiting processes instituted during the Great Recession are now defunct and may be hurting your employment brand and ability to hire.

    What we know is:

    • Candidates have a lot of options
    • No two candidates are the same
    • The One-size-fits-all approach is impersonal: it doesn’t acknowledge individual career goals, talents and paths and doesn’t resonate with the candidate
    • The rote and disengaged candidate experience is the costly
    • A bad candidate experience is certainly shared
    • The Employee Value Proposition must be articulated at the first connection

    Learning Objectives/Take Aways:

    • Understand the talent trends impacting how you attract and recruit talent; What lies ahead?
    • What are practical solutions and methods for your organization to improve your recruiting strategy without breaking the bank?
    • What is on the recruiting horizon you’ll need to consider in the future?

Pending approval for 1 General Credit.

Please register by noon on Monday, January 7, 2019.

    Cancellation Policy:
Members who cancel by Noon on Monday January 7th will not be charged for the program. Cancellations after that point and No-Shows will be charged the session cost.
